Carpets on a hotel are a tricky bussiness. If you are not gonna give them proper maintenance, avoid them all together.

We couldn’t wait to leave this hotel.
The staff were friendly.
The hotel is rated 4 star but is more like a 3 star. The room was dated, there were holes in the walls where GPOs had been located, stains all over the carpet, we weren’t provided with keys as their electronic card access wasn’t working. The hotel is a fair walk from town. We were told the staff would be happy for us to take some breakfast to go as we were checking out early but then then the kitchen staff said we couldn’t. Breakfast was terrible.

The structure of the hotel is good, and the view is really beautiful, as the croissant in the breakfeast
but there are a few points to improve to make everything more coherent: the speed of the Wi-Fi network, the quality of the toilet paper, the orange juice in a hotel like this should be natural (squeezed from the fruit) and not artificial as it is today, not all rooms have a minibar, no room has a telephone, control of the heating (by the floor) is outside the room (hence the importance of the phone save some walk to solve the problems. Could invest in a pedestrian access to the center with the construction of a small bridge and maintenance on a nearby canal and a small trail (today you walk 500m more each time you need to do this path).

Nice, small hotel
Breakfast was good, but it does not change. The rooms are huge and the view is amazing. Ask for room with view at the lake.
The carpet in the room needs a renew, looks dirty and old.
